It says Error required field blank. The save won't work and it won't
publish.

It is still saying Error- Required field must not be blank

Nothing else seems wrong, I have cleared my cookies, refreshed the
page and logged out several times.

Any ideas would be helpful!

OK, after messing around with it with longer than i'm going to admit,
I got it to work.

 What I think fixed it is clearing my cookies and my temporary files.
You must clear your temporary files, it will probably take a minute.

Go to: Tools - Internet Options - General (tab) - Delete Cookies -
Delete Files.

Hope this helps the next guy or gal.
