I was going to start taking Arginine before my workouts and went the the
local Vitamin Shoppe.  The guy working there said that instead of just
taking straight Arginine to take the combination of Arginine and Ornithine.
So I bought 500mg Arginine / 250mg ornithine combo capsules.  Any input on
the
combiination or difference?  Also I read that i should take about 3mg before
working out of Arginine but the bottle states the dose is 1 capsule.  Need
some input...
